If I could give zero stars I definitely would! This place is extremely unprofessional, I received a email from a woman she asked me to set a time i did, she didn't call me back so I emailed her and she COMPLETELY ignored my emails yes I sent more than one. Update: As of November 4th, Im still waiting for prescriptions to be refilled! The entire staff at the Holland office needs to be retrained or moved to a different office. It's absolutely ridiculous that after 2 months my prescriptions are not filled and nobody will answer the phone to find out why! My pharmacy has called at least 5 times and they're ignoring their requests as well! The office in Holland has gone to hell since Michelle Smith left! Can't get meds refilled and they cancel appointments without informing you! So... read more
Scripts written wrong 3 contacts from pharmacy and I personally went there and was assured they fix it and they didn't so I call and ask to talk to supervisor they put me and hold and don't come back
I have been going to this place for almost 12 years. Maybe last year they opened and after hours clinic. There is a sign clearly saying "walk-ins welcome" on the website it says walk-ins welcome on the first come first served basis. I go there at 4:00 they don't close till 7:00 there's literally nobody in the waiting room and they tell me I can't be seen today. Even though my personal doctor is there in the after hours clinic. Remove the walk-ins welcome if we aren't welcome. That's all I'm saying, quit lying to the people.
Went in for a dental cleaning and left with a chipped front tooth. Their advice was to get veneers somewhere else. They filled the corner and not even 30 minutes later it shattered at home. Now I have a crater in my front tooth and no money to buy a veneer. Thanks.
