I tried out this gym on Class Pass a little over a year ago. In my first class, I was learning the basics of a power clean and thought this gym wasn't for me. I didn't think I needed lifting in my life. A year later, I realize I was missing this in my exercise routine all along. Great Gym! All the instructors and members I’ve met have been awesome. Chris went out of his way to accommodate me when I was visiting from out of town.
