I was rushed when the guy came today, I thought they were very over priced, but we had them replace anyway. I’m going to call around and get other quotes, and see what I can do to get some of the money back.
The failure of the staff to not replace the rubber base due to a warped area that was not the same as the rest. Even though the worker who installed the new door said that there would be someone out to replace it in a few days and after a number of texts and calls to Stevan, I finally got to talk to him and then the person who came said that you would not replace it. Terrible customer service!!!
The technician explained everything very well. He was very polite and completed the job in a very efficient manner.
Ray came out and did an amazing job repairing our garage door. Many problems with the function of the door. Fair priced—I think.
