Service was prompt and thorough.
What a rip off! The ad said $59 for a tune up. My door doesn’t go down all the way but it’s only a half inch space at the most. The tech said I needed my motor reprogrammed and it would be $269 .. if I didn’t do anything it would still be $39. I said go ahead with the tune up and not even 5 minutes later he was knocking on my door with a bill. Don’t use this company!
The service guy Scott was great. Talk me through everything. This is a great company. We have dealt with them twice and gotten good service both times
Scott was Very professional and efficient.
Replaced sensors at base of garage floor due to flood in my garages. Reset the doors. Fast and efficient from time of call and time of service (2 days)
