Service Department is Horrible. Left bolts in my car, charged us for a rental and took twice as long to repair car as stated. Must have friends in Enterprise as I told them the rental car was horrible dented up and smelled terrible and was told oh well nothing we can do. Yet when I showed up to get my car They had already notified the rental agency of my arrival. I will be writing to Ford about this experience, as well as Enterprise rental car.
