So glad I found this place! I buy my chicken feed and food for my cats and dog. Anytime I have a question about something to try, they've been very helpful with recommendations, including what to stay away from. I especially love that they help load it all in the car. 50# bags of chicken feed aren't something I'm graceful at carrying around. Thank you!
Hidden gem! It can be difficult to find food and toys for rabbits, much less a variety -- but that wasn't the case here. A large selection of Oxbow & Kaytee hays for considerably less than the average cost at pet stores. Good selection of toys, huts, bedding, and pellets. Not the mention the staff were very helpful. Will definitely be coming back.
If you happen to purchase tack from here, best make sure you won't need to return. Bought headstall, took back the next day. Wasn't even put on a horse. So, they will not refund your cash, store credit only. That is forcing people to spend their money there. May be their policy, but I definitely have never heard that from other merchants and definitely will not go back!

Neighborhood feed is awesome, I was looking for a dog food that the big box store stopped carrying and they got it for me within days. Would definitely recommend!!
They are great with customer service. They have good all year long.
Horrible customer service by the daughter who answered the phone at the counter. Beware, sell expired product then tries to tell you store credit or exchange when they don't have them same size product in stock. Had to argue to get a refund, don't go there!!!

Our customers are the best - except in this case - we will NOT tolerate our employees being screamed and yelled at, cursed and having the F-bomb dropped left and right. Had you conducted yourself differently over the phone and in person, you would have experienced a very different outcome.
