Very disappointed with my experience at this office. We ran into insurance and billing issues that were not handled professionally. On top of the administrative frustration, the dentist's tone and communication style felt unprofessional and dismissive during our interaction. I would not recommend this practice based on how patients are spoken to and how billing is managed.
Willing to listen to the customer, and is very thorough on cleanings and answering any questions. Excellent local dentist office. Highly recommend!
I found Neighborhood Dental through a referral from someone I trust greatly when I was seeking a second opinion on some lingering pain from fillings done at another office and found that Dr. Unterbrunner and his team completely live up to the hype. My favorite dentist! I've been going here for about three years now every time I go in Dr. Unterbrunner and Kristy have always given me their undivided attention. This includes answering any questions I have regarding the procedure, dentistry, and billing. To further illustrate this, of all of the 6+ appointments I've had here, I've only ever seen one other patient and that was bc my appointment went a little long. I went through 3 different dentists before landing with Dr. Unterbrunner. I have high dental anxiety and this was absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Recently other dentists quickly quoted me $5,000-$10,000 worth of work (even though I wasn’t having any problems and there were no new cavities) and used scare tactics to make me think my teeth would fall out if I didn’t take action immediately, but Dr. Unterbrunner patiently examined my teeth and showed me why only one tooth actually needed quick attention.
