Have been looking for a road bike for my wife. Stopped by Neighborhood Cyclery. The owners, Dean and Danielle, were fantastic. Showed wife several different models, and patiently answered all of our questions. My wife then road tested a few models, and finally settled on a Jamis Endura, which she loves. We bought several accessories, which Skyler, their employee, mounted to the bike. This is a small independent shop, where the owners take genuine interest in their customers. I highly recommend you check them out!!!
I'm already partial to local bike shops. Unlike big box stores and websites, your LBS actually usually cares about riding. How can you trust the advice of some random phone salesman or e-mail marketer who may have never even ridden a bike? Dean and Danielle actually ride bikes, so they don't stand behind their parts and service, they bike on it!
Great customer service . My first time in this shop and they treated me like I've been everyday.

Awesome bike shop, with awesome products. The service here is amazing! My favorite thing about this place is, you can come in to get your bike serviced and hang out for a few and talk with the crew. Every one is so nice and friendly. Got to support local GOOD! Businesses. Neighborhood cyclery rules!
