My husband messed his bike up in the sand - dropped it off at lunch and picked it up at 5pm same day. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. We will be back :)
We have brought our rode bikes in a few times for various service items. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. I have been able to get my bike fixed within a short amount of time. We really love the family atmosphere and community events this shop does!!! Keep up the awesome work!

Neighborhood has been my go-to shop for 2 years now, I can still remember seeing it being built and thinking "great we have a new bike shop close to home!". Dean and Danielle are super friendly and will always take their time with you, something many bike shops don't do. Most shops now will force a product or bike down your throat, however at neighborhood they present all the options and leave it for you to decide, which I really appreciate. Excellent customer service. Great knowledgeable staff. They have helped me in sizing the perfect bike for me. And last but not least, they have weekly organized bike rides that I love to attend! 👍🏼
