Nice, knowledgeable friendly staff. Convenient location. Seem to always give fair pricing on minor repairs and they seem up front and honest. I like that their techs are willing to voluntarily give advice where some of the bigger bike shops the staff barely even acknowledge you, yet alone offer any insight. Thanks @NeighborhoodCyclery
