i went in to see a doctor as i am very sick they turned me away because I didn't have $21 to pay upfront they only care about money and not the health of the patient
0 star I went there today with a bad shoulder pain and the guy at the front desk tried to send me home. I felt he overcharged me. He charged me as urgent care instead of a regular visit that was $35.00 more. Then the doctor who saw me was rushing me through and asking me which medication I wanted. The nurse who took my vitals told me my oxygen levels were low but the doctor did not bring it up. I felt I was not taken care off. This is the worst place to go with your health problems, concerns and needs. they are extremely rude and insensitive. They even double charged me. refused to negotiate, so I came to terms with making small payments only for them to threaten that I pay it in full or they turn my account over to collections three times in two months. The doctor that was on duty Friday took forever to see my mother. Our appointment was for 9:15 am and they didn’t see her until 12:15 and we were the only ones there when we went in nobody came out the whole 2 hours we waited in the waiting room then another hour in the exam room before they came in. If you go you need to see Willam Cotton he has never had me waiting I get right in and out within a half hour.
My sister-in-law had a follow-up appointment at 11 am and it is now almost 2 pm and she is still waiting to talk to a provider.
Soooooo SLOW!! Equipment is a 1,000 years old and unprofessional. Never again!
RecommendedMy wife and I go to this Urgent Care. On busy days, you can expect to wait a bit. The quality of the visit has always been the selling point for me. They spend time with their patients and provide great care and advice. Their location is good for us as well.
well im with my 6 yrs old son in the office waiting for the Dr. is been 1hr and 37 minutes and we still waiting my son has a very sharp stomachache and he vomiting but we still waiting and the clinic is just a few people
Came in with bad sinus infection, Kimberly was very kind and friendly, made a visit to the Dr actually enjoyable, thank you, highly recommend
