I wish I had been a patient of Andrea Kennedy! It sounds like I would have had a much better experience with her as my provider. Today was my second visit to this clinic. My first visit a year ago wasn’t great and was also with the same provider as this time (Kathy). I thought it was just a bad day for me, them or both of us. I loved this clinic until Andrea Kennedy left. During this Covid epidemic....the new NP refused to refill my Breo-Elipta inhaler for one more month unless I came in. I asked for one more month so the virus would abate. She refused. I am high risk so I am without my inhaler in 5 more days. I am using it every other day to stretch it out. Cruel in unnecessary tx!!!!! I will never go back and will find another provider when this is over. Until then I will just have to be short of breath........Grrrrr.
RecommendedYou are made welcome the moment you walk in. Everybody is very friendly and the practice runs on time; but I never feel hurried. Stephanie Thompson, FNP, is just wonderful. She listens to everything I say, gives relevant, intelligent and understandable advice, that I follow -- with great results. She has an interest in geriatrics, which is great, since I am one. I recommend the Neighborhood Clinic and Stepahnie Thompson, Family Nurse Practitioner.
Andrea Kenedy is one of the rare ones in the medical industry. She actually listens to me and cares! I feel safe in he care.
Stephanie Thompson, who specializes in geriatric care, has been my primary care provider for over a year. She is very knowledgeable, caring, a great listener, and a real asset to our community. I can not recommend her more highly.

It's difficult these days to find someone who takes their time with patients and really listens to them and cares, but I couldn't be happier with the care I received here! Best office and care!!!
