At first my tenant experience was good. They repaired broken items and generally kept up with the place. The last month we were there we had no showers or baths working. They had the leaks diagnosed, but didn't make any move to repair. And we were not to use or we could make the leak/damage worse. We washed our hair in the kitchen sink until move out.
