I've purchased two Trek bikes from Neighborhood Bike Shop and highly recommend them for their customer service and expertise! I had an old road bike that could no longer be modified and was causing issues with my back (I have a fusion at L5 and S1). I brought my bike here to be tuned up and thoroughly cleaned $250 . I was called and was told the work is done when I went to pick up my bike it was filthy dirty the same wait I left it. They told me they clean it I went back a couple hours later and took it for a test drive the bike wouldn't shift. Every customer that was in there when I was there was unsatisfied
Relatively small purchase, trying to swap out standard bike pedals on a recumbent bike to mountain bike pedals (father had stroke some time ago with resulting leg weakness and needs assistance keeping his foot on the bike pedal) We purchased the mountain bike pedals from Neighborhood Bike Shop but unfortunately they did not fit. Trevor kindly helped us look online and find adapter that would help us! Thank you.
