Neighborhood Barre in Severna Park is the only exercise studio to which I keep wanting to return. The instructors are fun, knowledgable and helpful to students of all ages and fitness levels. Most importantly, I feel stronger, more energetic and more fit.
This gym has changed my life! The instructors are so helpful and have taught me so much about proper form and technique. I’m stronger, happier, and I actually enjoy exercising because of this gym. It’s the perfect place to find a fabulous community and get a great workout!
