Super friendly staff! The summer passport was a terrific way to see if this location and variety of classes was a good fit for me. There are SO many different styles of classes. I also love the community and special events. NB makes working out so fun. Everyone should come try a class!
I love this studio!! I’ve always wanted to try this type of workout but was nervous heading in. All the instructors are so welcoming and make you feel part of the community instantly. I’m so glad I joined and can’t wait to continue my journey!! The owner is so helpful with classes and memberships. She’s smazing!!! Love this place
I new to the studio and am really enjoying classes. Instructors are welcoming and provide feedback. Workouts can be modified to any level. The app is easy to use. Definitely recommend joining!
