Love all the instructors at Neighborhood Barre! They really push you and the classes can b challenging. It’s the effort that the individual puts in on how hard you want to take the class. Really enjoy NB Farragut studio, classes and the instructors Amber, Andrea, Ashley, Kayla, and Mary!
Barre is my favorite workout to lengthen and tone! At Neighborhood Barre, I feel the most comfortable and feel like I get the most for my time spent there! Kayla at the Farragut location is super nice and helpful! There are many different modifications during the class. I am trying to get my core strengthened, and this is helping quickly! The app is also very convenient to use when planning out and booking classes. The daycare option was great as well!
This place is great! They have great instructors and great people/atmosphere! I was so out of shape with zero energy level. I feel much stronger physically and mentally!
I am so happy I decided to start my journey with Neighborhood Barre! I came in knowing almost nothing about barre other than it being Pilates-based, and I’ve learned so much along the way. I never expected low-impact workouts to challenge me so much or give me the burn I was looking for — but wow, they absolutely do!
