I've been going to Neighborhood Barre for a couple years and it has changed my body more than any exercise I've done before. It is perfect for beginners and those looking for a more advanced workout. The owner and instructors are very welcoming and helpful. It's a very non-judgmental environment and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a low-impact workout with great results!
I’ve struggled with going to a gym consistently and then I went to a private workout with my school at neighborhood barre and fell in love! Neighborhood Barre Farragut creates such a great community of people who cheer you on and celebrate your milestones with you! I love the workout I get from each class since none of them are the same! I recommend this place to everyone and have even brought my friends!
Dropped in for a morning class while in town visiting family! First time taking a barre class and what a great experience! Very nonjudgmental, welcoming atmosphere and a killer workout! Would definitely recommend Andrea’s 5:30 am class for anyone looking for that morning boost.
