Love this place! You will definitely feel loved and accepted when you walk in the studio no matter your size, fitness level, or if you have ever done barre before. It definitely is a little community. The instructors are so encouraging and open to questions. Ashley, the owner, is the sweetest person ever and has worked so hard to make NB the absolute best! Do yourself a favor and join! I promise you will love it. Plus...they offer free childcare! My kids beg me to go which makes working out a whole lot easier.
Wonderful fun teachers in a fast paced workout that works every part of your body !
