RecommendedNeighborhood Barre is a fitness studio that meets you where you are. Modifications or advancements are given as options depending on what you are capable of doing that day. The instructors at NB are so encouraging and kind!
Best workout I’ve ever done!!! Perfect if you want to achieve that long, lean but strong look!! All the instructions are so fun and encouraging. Every class challenges in new ways so you never get bored!
Ashley and her team have done an incredible job of creating the perfect atmosphere in this studio. It’s a place of encouragement and amazing workouts. Each instructor is unique and special. I’ve met some great people that are now my “Barre” family!!

I can’t say enough good things about this studio. It is truly a neighborhood- a community of women who don’t judge but root for each other to succeed. Lots of online Zoom classes have been available during the pandemic, which has allowed us to work on our fitness while at home. If you’re reading this and on the fence, give it a try!
If you’re looking for a new workout to shake things up for the New Year, I highly recommend Neighborhood Barre Memphis. I enjoy barre-style workouts, and I’ve been trying out Neighborhood Barre for a few weeks now. The owner Ashley and staff have all been super welcoming, and everyone taking class seems to enjoy being there. Everyone is so friendly! I love it when women support other women!

I discovered Neighborhood Barre right after moving to Memphis, and I'm so glad I joined! NB is a place where the instructors know you by name and genuinely care how you're doing in life and where the other members of the studio are welcoming, kind, and make all guests and new members feel included. I can always expect to get a good workout in when at NB, but I can also expect to be encouraged and uplifted by the other people there as well.
