Incredibly clean, friendly, and honest! Hands-down the most stress-free experience I’ve had at a mechanic’s shop. Steve didn’t try to up-sell me on things I didn’t need...like most other places I’ve gone to. I’m definitely going back!
Yesterday I brought my van in and I can't say enough great things about Neighborhood Auto. They were $400 cheaper than the quote I received from a competitor. Steve also told me, what really needed to be done and what could wait for a few months. They were friendly, honest, up front and explained everything so I could understand. We won't go anywhere else from now on!!
My wife and I were looking to extend the camping season this year, but our 1989 Coleman popup camper was needing some electrical work. I'd exhausted my limited knowledge, and called around to see who might be able to help. Competitive pricing and great service. We called and asked for quotes on two jobs and they got both back to us very quickly and were able to get me in soon after for a break job. I enjoyed my experience and will likely bring my cars back to them!

Just had a great oil change here-one of the quickest, most reasonably priced, and I didn't get a laundry list of things to do for my car that don't really need to be done-just an honest evaluation of what would keep me and my family safe!!
Steve and Emily were amazing to work with! They were so transparent and honest with what my car needed and didn't need right away. So refreshing! The waiting room was a perfect space to work while I waited for my car- so clean and nicely decorated! I will bring my car to Neighborhood Auto Car for all my car's needs and am confident it will be very well taken care of!
