On our way home to Castle Rock from Texas, the alternator went out on my Expedition. We barely made it to Neighborhood Auto Care. We had a car full of kids, 2 dogs, a boat, and had been on the road for 16 hours. I was more than a little stressed! Steve and Emily were fantastic! They met us outside and invited us in to the office (kids, dogs and all) to wait while we figured out how to get a ride home. Wow! I have a new mechanic! Steve and Emily provide outstanding customer service and they are very reasonable. We have 6 cars in our family and I am well versed in the cost to maintain vehicles! � On top of all that, they are truly nice people. I love that Steve is a mechanical engineer... he just doesn’t fix an issue, he wants to know why it broke. He also walks you through the issue and makes it easy to understand.
