Absolutely horrific experience. I booked this space and entered into an agreement where I was assured my car would be safe for long term parking as I had to leave the country to take care of a family member. While I was gone, they changed the rules to no overnight parking and had my car towed without so much as a phone call. The awful tow company charged over 1600 and Neighbor car storage still took direct deposits out of my account for the space after they towed my car.

Overall, a really good experience so far. The parking attendants are friendly and helpful, and I feel confident knowing my car is safe. My only suggestion would be to improve communication—especially around holiday closures. I was all set to go to the beach on the Fourth of July but couldn’t get my car out because the garage was closed, and I didn’t realize it. A simple calendar or notification system would make a big difference. Otherwise, I’m happy with the service!
