Like most people, I've always dreaded the trips to the dentist. Then I stumbled upon a gem of a dentist office when I found Neibauer. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The ladies in the office are always quick to smile and greet you pleasantly. Onan, one of the dental assistants, always calms me with his smile and genuine personality. Dr. S and staff are all superb! I love the way Dr. S has relieved me of dental anxiety. I have been terrified of the dentist ever since I was a small child when my mother pulled my own back tooth with pliers because we couldn't afford a dentist. She is phenomenal! Her staff is caring and friendly and are very understanding when I need to reschedule an appointment. Neibauer Dental care of Dumfries has an amazing staff and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
This is one of the best dental offices I've been to in Virginia. Everyone is very friendly and family oriented and the have the best staff. Kimmy is a delight in the front desk and makes you feel welcome as soon as you step in the office. Onan is a great dental assist who always greets with a smile and cares for much for each patient, and makes everyone feel at home with his bright smile. My first visit today was "Outstanding" the whole staff was very warm and welcoming. I just felt real relaxed. I say if you need a Dentist in the area I recommend this office.
Dr. S and her team are amazing! I really appreciate them. I am the biggest baby. Everyone is so personable and kind. You can really tell that they care!
