I've been to many dentists over the years, and this office might just be my favorite. The front desk staff always explains the cost and helps me if i need more information very well! Tiffany at the front desk is professional and has a smile every time i come in. i have had so many questions and she's always helping me find answers, even if she doesn't know right away. i don't think i've waited longer than 24 hours for an answer to a question from her. We move a lot so I've seen lots of dentists and dealt with a lot of different practices. Overall, I have no real complaints about this one. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and I even received a $25 discount for a friend referring me to them. They seem thorough with their examinations and have even used equipment on me I've never seen before. My time with them was brief but I'd refer them to any of my friends.
They have modern equipments but no experience with it!!! Only one person is a real professional at the front desk. Think twice if you want rookies to put their unexperienced fingers in your mouth! The poorest service you can ever get! I am really sorry because i am a person that hates complainers but all my visits are the worst experience i have ever had in a dental office. And if they really cracked my tooth i am going to talk with my lawyer because i am not going to pay for a tooth extraction and an implant from my pocket ... read more
