The office staff was very nice ,the hygienist was professional & pleasant ,Doctor Blackman was nice ,told me what I needed done .I will be going back as one of there patients .I will tell my family & friends about her & to go there .
Recommendedfirst time visit. I sat in the waiting room for an hour before being seen. I've never had xrays that were so painful and uncomfortable. however Dr. Blackman was nice and I felt reassured that I would be taken care of at my next visit. unfortunately because of the long wait I wasnt able to get my filling 😔
RecommendedIt has always been a pleasant experience at Neibauer. I hate going to the dentist ; however my fears subside once inside Neibauer due to the pleasant atmosphere there.
I had a crown done 18 months ago and it was not done correctly. I went back to Neibauer and they said it was. I went to another Dentist, he said it wasn't seated properly. I have decay on the tooth below the crown, which I have to have cleaned up and a new crown. They did NOTHING, but say it is my fault. I have Sjogrens Syndrome and they said the inflammation I have caused the issue. I have had 2 other crowns, at another Dentist and NEVER had a problem. It's like the Hair Cuttery of Dentistry!!!
