Very professional and hands on: from the time you enter the front door until you leave. The Hygienist (I wish I asked her name) was very thorough and professional (despite the fact that I pressed down a little on her finger, lol). I apologize and she was very sweet about it. The Dentist was good as well. My best visit to date. Thank you!

Always excellent customer service from everyone (front desk, doctor, dental tech). Consider making Neibauer your family dentist!
This was an okay experience with a few disappointments. I was surprised to see all new faces, even the dentist. While I only waited 15 minutes before being escorted to an examining room, there was a 20 minute wait before the dentist came in. The final disappointment came when the first available follow-up appointment was more than 30 days away with a offer to call if something opens. Looks like it is time to find a new dentist.
