This is the best dental practice in Fredericksburg. I have been going her for many years and the care and compassion of the staff has never waivered. Dr. Starnes continues to be the most gentle caring dentist I have ever had. I took my 90 yr old mother here and they treated her like gold. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
1 star I would give Dr. Dhingra 1 star for my last Dentist visit. I came in with no toothache. I just had a chipped tooth filling and she was supposed to fixed with a crown. It started hurting really bad during the procedure. After giving me additional dose of pain reliever, I was comfortable only to start hurting again an hour after I got out of her office.
