The staff was so cheerful and helpful. Right up to walking my husband to the car.
Dr Gabriel listened to my concerns and prescribed the appropriate treatment. He performed an endoscopy and colonoscopy on me today. Afterwards he came in and explained the results.
This morning many patients were complaining to each other with the backup with their procedure timing. At one point a staff member came into the waiting area to apologize for the unexpected delays. She explained that when someone comes in for treatment or evaluation things may be discovered that may require unforeseen additional treatment or consultation. Unfortunately some of the patients were not willing to listen and became hostile to the staff member. She was calmly and professionally trying to address the questions put ... read more
