Just wanted to say a huge thanks to the front receptionist superivisor ! incredibly caring and professional, taking the time to ensure all my questions were answered. Her helpfulness and genuine compassion made what could have been a stressful visit feel very calm and supportive. We need more healthcare leaders like her!
On March 5, 1926 I spoke to supervisor Angie regarding my mother-in-law‘s appointment being switched for the middle of June 2026 remind you that this appointment was scheduled at the beginning of January 2026 and we waited almost 3 months and now we have to wait another three months, the attendant by the name of Amanda said that they have physician assistance that have to see the patient so they rescheduled the patients with the physician assistant since there’s so many of them working and they need to be able to get patient... read more

Be prepared with breakfast and lunch cause this office takes a long time to get to you. They call you in and then you go to another waiting area for hours. I’ve seen patients ask how much more longer. The staff just stands around and waits for the dr. If i wouldn’t have to come I wouldn’t. So make sure you take the day off cause more than likely you will be here most of your day.
