Service excellence
Be prepared with breakfast and lunch cause this office takes a long time to get to you. They call you in and then you go to another waiting area for hours. I’ve seen patients ask how much more longer. The staff just stands around and waits for the dr. If i wouldn’t have to come I wouldn’t. So make sure you take the day off cause more than likely you will be here most of your day.
Dr. Patel is Great the staff in the FRONT Desk very rude and unprofessional,Very Unethical,The Manager should be replaced,Your only Good as Your Team If they look up to you !!!!!
If there would be a 0 stars I would give them 0 stars. Dr Patel is a good Dr on the other hand front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. My husband had an appointment 3 weeks ago once we got to the office for his appointment they notified us that the Dr was not in as they had called both numbers and left message. We didn't get any message my voicemail is not even set up. They gave us another appointment for the following week. Dr Patel is a good doctor, very kind person. Infutumally, I have had bad and horrible experiences lately. I was supposed to have a cataract procedure last Monday, June 3rd and I showed up early at the office just to find out I wasn’t in the schedule for the surgery, my son drove 5 hours , from Austin, to help , missing work , etc?
