I contacted the office today, in need of my daughter’s records because she is in the middle of a serious medical crisis. There was no way for me to leave a voice mail. The operator REFUSED to take a message from me KNOWING it was an emergency and told me I had to email the records dept. So I did. I said this was URGENT and I needed those records immediately. The staff act like you are an inconvenience for trying to schedule an appointment. Your calls will not be returned.
Absolutely horrible business. The staff is downright nasty to people who are literally just trying to make an appointment. The office manager, specifically, yelled at me and even threatened me. Don’t give this place your money…you’ll regret it.And absolutely DO NOT take your children here.Every time I try to call to make an appointment, they hang up on me, and refuse to fax over my medical documents so that I can go elsewhere. Been a patient for almost two years being seen every three months. I’ve shown up for one appt only to be told they were gonna have to reschedule due to an emergency with the doctor… Went to my my appointments two other times only to check in with the receptionist. READ! ~CINDY- THE OFFICE MANAGER.~ RUDE/AWFUL !! my tri-care was in-active 6months ago, (i was UNAWARE) every time i kept getting a appointment with the office they kept scheduling me because my insurance said still "active". i work in the dental field, i can assure you i know how insurance works. 6 months down, front desk lady decides to tell me its now in active and i have a bill over $700. they sent me a bill JUNE 10, 2021. my "account" was on 'ticking" as of today, 7/27/2021. has NOT been 90 days since the bill was sent ... read more
RecommendedI must say that Dr. Negrin is the most professional provider in the area. He immediately knew how to treat my mixture of mental illnesses. He gave me answers and most importantly he leveled with me, listened to me, appreciated me, and made me feel warm and welcome. I felt extremely safe with him and I cannot wait to continue to work with him. He understands the importance of quality of life and he gives that back to his patients! Best psychiatrist in Savannah! Terrible office people, Never pick up a phone call. Impossible to get details on your billing. They take your money and then no show for meetings. Try to call them back and of course they don’t answer a phone call. Stay away. This place causes more stress anxiety than it cures.
If you leave a low review for Dr. Negrin he will have it removed. Dr. Negrin does not return important phone calls.
Feel very comfortable going there. They are organized, staff is very nice, and Dr Negrin is professional.
