The food was good,atmosphere was good, but the service was horrible. It was my birthday last night and I decide to go here. Worst decision. The waitress was lucky the automatically put a 20% gratuity for parties of 6 or more, because she would not have gotten a dime from me. The server was rude as well when we asked why our entrée's came out before our appetizers. I will NEVER go back. P.s. don't order hot tea..apparently it takes 35 mins to boil water.
The food and atmosphere was great but getting cars booted is NOT cool! I understand they do not own the parking lot BUT when you are making money off customers who are still getting booted you have an obligation to CLEARLY COMMUNICATE TO CUSTOMERs TO VALET PARK UNLESS U WANT TO Get A BOOT on your vehicle for being over a 3 hour parking limit that is not clearly posted. AND when it's busy and 2/3 of the 3 hours are spent waiting its hard to give this place more than 2 stars. Managers response was we don't own the parking lot ... read more
