I want to recommend Neffsville Plumbing & Heating for heat and A/C. We are happy with their A/C install and the work they do on our 25 year old heating system. Jared can define what the problem is and take care of it.
Unfortunately, Will had to tell us that we needed to get a new system and turn ours off for safety reasons. He was very professional, kind, and explained why. He then lined up an appointment, on the same day, with someone who could offer some choices. Since we had a 7 year old builder quality unit, we decided to upgrade to one that is energy efficient and guaranteed. We appreciate the service get with Neffsville.
Getting service in a timely manor. This was at least the second time I had the same service person for a Plumbing issue. I was given two options for the repair which was nice. The person knew what needed to be done, went to work to get it done in a timely manor.
Rob was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything. Highly recommended

This place is a joke don’t waste your money...FYI to anyone who uses them you can negotiate the price down.... way down!!! All there advertisement don’t mean anything... scam artists
