I have dealt with Neffsville P & H for years, but will not anymore. I had a leak under my water heater, & sort of panicked, afraid it would break through & flood my basement. They were VERY prompt sending a technician, & all in all the work seems to be good, but are so over-priced. I've had several people tell me what a water heater might cost, & I looked on Lowe's website to see, and it's obvious I paid at LEAST 3 times the cost of the water heater.
