I have dealt with Neffsville P & H for years, but will not anymore. I had a leak under my water heater, & sort of panicked, afraid it would break through & flood my basement. They were VERY prompt sending a technician, & all in all the work seems to be good, but are so over-priced. I've had several people tell me what a water heater might cost, & I looked on Lowe's website to see, and it's obvious I paid at LEAST 3 times the cost of the water heater. Just had a new boiler and hot water heater installed today. Today is the first day I was able to take a shower without having to chase hot water the entire time!!!!!!!!!!! You guys rock !!!!!!!!
Chris, the technician, was right on time, very professional, and very polite. He needed 2 parts and was very speedy in getting them. The charge was exactly what the estimate was and the repair was done in no time. Now I can take a hot Christmas shower!🎅😃

Woke up to no water and on a Saturday that could be very bad. However, by 5:00 we had a new well pump and well tank pump which gave us precious running water. All work was done professionally. Thank you!
We call Neffsville for a simple toilet update, Jaron arrived this AM, He was professional, explained the job and gave options. Once completed everything was cleaned up you wouldn't know he was there. We would recommend Neffsville P&H
