Always a good experience renting equipment from United Rentals. Anytime the equipment had an issue, a service technician was there in an hour.
It is a combination of the excellent C/S I received from Joe Diaz (Yosvaney Diaz), who always gives me very good C/S and the delivery was Very fast. The machine is in great shape too.
The drivers that delivered the dozer were both courteous and professional. Chuck was very informative and helpful. The dozer was in good shape and operated as it should. Communication was very good throughout the rental. I am building a house, shop and barn and will be renting from United in my personal as well as professional capacity.
Excellent people.
