Negative customer service experience. I felt like the technician was unfriendly, rude, and, was in a hurry to leave when I did not commit to having their recommended service done with them. Would not recommend.

I’ve been a loyal customer for 21 years. Neese Jones has done all my HVAC work. Recently was told I needed a new coil that was under warranty and charged me $1,800 to replace it. When asked why it was so expensive the answer was they have to order the part, send the old one back., the tech has tool cost, refrigerant…. Also replaced a unit with a 5 ton when I need a 3 ton have had a humidity problem since and the answer is to sell me. $4,000 dehumidifier. Will definitely be looking for another company to give my business to

Good company to do business with. Great follow up, honest technicians, and practice good business ethics. I would strongly recement this business to anyone in Milton, Alpharetta, and Cumming areas of Georgia.

I've been using NEESE-JONES for last 18mos. They far exceed any prior services I've used before. They are far more detailed and run more tests and all techs are knowledgeable and very pleasant. Very happy to have found them.
