I was a patient for several years, had an mos procedure and regular check-ups. I was always on time and paid in full. Then I was living abroad for four months and when I returned I was locked out of her practice. Could not call in to confirm the time for an already made appointment without a phone pin, which I was never given. Essentially, I was ghosted by my Dr. very odd and unprofessional.
Like everyone else, you schedule an appointment and expect to be seen within 30-45 minutes, if not sooner. One particular visit, I sat for two hours waiting till I decided to leave my exam room and see if someone could tell me what’s going on. She was taking a class of sorts online in her office. She ripped the stitches out of my head when she came to the exam room and then sent me a letter stating I could no longer be a patient of her practice. I was here for my regular cancer screening, but also had some other concerns. Dr. Agarwal-Antal took time to thoroughly investigate, and explain. She also took time to discuss some other medical issues I was having, and was actually quite encouraging. Lifted my spirits!
Absolutely. She is an excellent doctor. I came to her 6 years ago, and came back because of her expertise and bedside manners.
