I lived in the Menasha Woods/Neenah Court Apartments for almost 3 years. Due to life circumstances, I needed to find residence in income based housing. The living arrangements were better than what I had anticipated given my financial circumstances - and the people were really wonderful. The management is professional, courteous, and treats you with respect. I never felt judged or slighted with regard to my financial circumstances, and was always met kindly by the property manager.
