Saw Dr Heivand for high Blood Pressure. Perhaps the most sensitive and caring Dr. I’ve ever met with. Highly recommend.
The nurse took me in right away. Dr. Heivand is approachable and easy to talk to. He spent good amount of time with me and I felt comfortable talking to him. I highly recommend Dr. Heivand and I will definitely visit him again.
I have been seeing Dr Heivand for about a year and a half. He is thorough, kind, generous with his time and very attentive. My appointments have always run in time and the office staff and nurses are great.
This is where you become nothing other than an account number. Was diagnosed with Covid, called Dr. Heivand asking for suggestions before calling 911, sent emails and never got a respond back. After I was hospitalized my wife walked into the Thousand oaks office asking to see Dr. Heivand. She was told he just left and will call us. He never bothered to call me or my wife the entire time while I was hospitalized.
