I know it was a Saturday and they were busy but 4 hours in a room was not fun and the try to get I too keep the dog there and charge thousands took the home remedy and they still was off on the estimate the high side by 50 dollars before we checked out Moral of the story don’t by a dog from a crappy breeder. My fault but that experience sucked Dr or vet once we talked to them was good an through So I give them 1 star for that. Watch the estimate
I have 4 dogs that I use to take to here but after several visits where the problem with my dog was never solved and had to take them both to a different vet which figured out what was wrong in minutes verses several visits to Neel with no results and over $500 ....my bulldog had cancer and they never found it! I visited the emergency clinic and was extremely disappointed in not only the vet they have on staff, Dr. Dutta, but also the way management deals with concerns from their clients. During our visit, Dr. Dutta would only speak to the one male in the room, yelled at me making me cry, and would not answer any of the questions we asked him. He couldn't even tell us what was wrong with my dog. We took him to Blue Pearl and they immediately fixed the issue we were having and for way cheaper. Evil staff at Neel Vet Hospital!!! My husband and I were on our way home from the grocery store and saw a stray dog in the median of a highway. She didn't have a collar so we brought her to Neel to see if she was chipped. She was. After the front office made contact with the family, my husband and I told them we needed to leave. They got belligerent saying, "You can't wait a few more minutes?!?!?! You can't dump a dog here!!!". It was at this point they recommended we take the dog to a kill shelter. We didn't.
