Charged 3k each visit . 1st time took xrays did extractions. 2 month later dog still had signs of bad teeth. 2nd xray said more teeth extracted. Dog had stroke type symptoms immediately when I picked up. Told it idiopathic no know cause. Tried many times to have xrays emailed to me an my local vet. Only took him here as they were only 1 of 2 places in oklahoma to have this xray equipment. Dr Dominic performed both procedures. Beware of this office, it is a chop shop at best. They used my concern for my pets illness to try to make money. The people running this facility should be ashamed. Don't be fooled by the exterior and drop off requirements. They cut up my elderly dog's abdomen shaving her and sedated her with a narcotic without my consent. Luckily, I was able to come inside to comfort my dogs anxiety (that they caused) and see the dirty rooms and dead animals lining the halls. I wouldnt advise anyone to use this hospital! My Andre ate some stuffing out of a blanket and we got him to the hospital quickly. The Dr. advised that the surgery worked 90% of the time, it would cost between 5000 and 7000.. At this point Andre still had energy and life, what was I suppose to do besides take them at their word. The hospital discharged him to come home super quick rather than hold him a few more days to make sure the surgery took and no infection set in and he never recovered. we rushed him back yesterday and... read more

Had we not moved away from OKC, our dog would no longer be alive. He'd be dead. The care there was deadly in that our vet gave our dog a medication (for two long) that resulted in almost killing him and leaving us with a lifetime of heartache, expense and worry. Upon our dog getting pancreatitis, we took our dog in (dying) and three other vets (who worked with our vet) at Neel admitted this to us - that he should have NEVER been prescribed phenobarbital for so long (for minor seizures). We were very pleased with Neel Hosp. Everyone was friendly. Our baby had to stay in ICU. They estimated how much it should cost and we had to pay that before we left him. The next day we were able to pick him up and we got a refund, because they did not need to do as much. It was about $1035 but they saved him.

Don't take your pet here unless you have no other choice. They do expensive treatments that are unnecessary and will hold your pet ransom for payment. The techs are cold and a bit rough with the pets and the vet we had cared more about money than my pet. I'll never go back.

This is a litter of French bulldog that would have survived if NEEL Veterinarian hospital WOULD HAVE GIVE MY DOG A C SECTION WHEN I BROUGHT HER IN YESTERDAY BUT INSTEAD THEY MADE MY DOG WAIT 3 HOURS TO GIVE HER ONE KNOWING THAT SHE HAD A BABY STUCK IN THE BIRTH CANAL. ALL BECAUSE A DOG CAME IN THAT WAS SEPTIC CAME IN AND WAS MORE OF A EMERGENCY THEN HER AND HER PUPPIES. IM SURE THAT DOG HAD O TO NONE OF A CHANCE OF SURVIVAL BUT MY DOG'S LITTER DID HAVE A CHANCE THEY WERE FULL TERM AND WOULD HAVE SURVIVED WITH A C-SECTION. T... read more

The NEEL Animal hospital is the greatest they are very caring and the Dr.'s are really great actually all the staff are awesome from the time I walk in they get the animals stable then if there is a wait they bring the pets back out to you they don't let the pets sit in pain which is really great thank you so much for caring for my babies and I will always use your services when needed
