Initial consultation seemed extremely promising. Spoke to Nene and he presented treatment as being focused on working with me, consistent quality of care, and communicating with my other doctors. Actual service was the opposite; after 2 or so sessions of seeing Nene, he offloaded me to another doctor, who did not take the time to learn, or find important, my personal background. Even though we agreed on a time I was not scheduled, then instead of giving me a time soon after, I was given a time A MONTH after. This was after they did not respond to my emails about running out of medication. This place is unprofessional and does not care about its' patients. DO NOT COME HERE
Not a good experience. My main issues were the fact that when Dr. Nene was prescribing me medications I always asked if there were side effects he said no at first and then acknowledged them only after I started experiencing them. Had no problem giving me large quantities of addictive drugs but took a while to get me a supplemental one. He misinformed my family on my mental state after making them upset and worried.
