The guys at Needlewerx were so great when I came in a couple of weeks ago on the verge of tears because of my dire "emergency." I had tried to change out my nose ring for the first time since getting it pierced nine months earlier and couldn't do it, haha. I'm laughing at myself now, but they were so nice to me in my moment of panic and didn't laugh at me.
