Wow, such an incredibly kind and knowledgeable group of folks here at Needler’s Pharmacy. Everyone I’ve interacted with in-person and on the phone has been so compassionate and helpful. I have never felt like they are hurrying me along even though I know they are busy. I typically speak with Jason and another wonderful women who’s name I can’t recall; everyone here is truly wonderful!!
Our family loves everyone of these pharmacy staff! They know us and our family. They care and ask how we're doing. They routinely go above and beyond to help when we're sick. It's like a little slice of Mayberry in an Indy supermarket.
We only recently found out about how wonderful the staff is at Needler's Pharmacy after unhappily dealing with CVS for years and were super pleasantly surprised. They are always super friendly, actually refill your prescriptions when they need to be filled, order out of stock prescriptions ahead of time to remain timely on refills, send texts when your prescription is ready and you can actually TALK to a pharmacist when you call.
