I drive six miles to go to Marsh on N. New Jersey for the excellent meat. I could go a half mile to Kroger's but I have always found Marsh's meat department vastly superior. Today at my favorite Lockerbie Marsh, I found out to my dismay that I can no longer get ground chuck or bone in thick pork chops: something about local sourcing. Marsh Westfield-146th street. Salad bar feedback: lettuce a little limp at 9am. Good variety of toppings but only standard dressings- would like to see something unique added. Good $ value. More organic?

Customer service also includes providing info about Marsh locations to consumers, I'd think. Called this store @ 11:19 am today to ask about a Marsh store closest to 42nd & Franklin Road that has a salad bar. The lady answering the phone said "We DON'T have that information." My question is, who does?

I stopped by the Marsh at Traders Point today. I just needed bread, but I'm always on the look out for Diet Pepsi. Picked up the in store circular and bingo, 24 pack $5. Check out and it rings up as $8.99. I tell the cashier and he says where did you see the price, he goes and looks and says wow, you'll get the lower price. Then tells the assistant manager we have a problem and she says, no that flyer isn't valid until tomorrow. WHAT? Fine, I'll come back tomorrow, then the manager has to override the refund and he is apathe... read more

Never ever buy a gift card from Marsh. I bought one a gave it as a gift and the card was declined and reported stolen. I contacted Marsh and they did nothing but tell me to call the card company. Last thing I will ever purchase from that store.

So dissatisfied with the Marsh on 71st and Shadeland. One of the computers was down and only one lane was open. There were 9 people in line, and I was toward the front. I waited for 57 minutes before being helped. TWICE, two other lanes opened up. Both times, customers behind me in line were asked to step forward to be helped. When I spoke to the general manager, he said "it's because they're new". It doesn't take a "new" person to understand the concept of "next in line". Isn't that what a line is?!
