So happy with the Customer Service that I received this week. I'm located in Western Canada, and was out of stock on a size that I received an order for. Ashleigh suggested a work around that allowed me to submit an order, that was below the supplier minimum, and then hand delivered it for me, in Ontario. My Customer was thrilled! This is my second time ordering from Needham and I must say the items they recommended are consistently high quality. Both the utility knife and pens are very solid with good weight on, it is important as these gifts reflect my professional image and shouldn’t seem light and flimsy.
