Travis came out within a few hours of me calling to save the day...was getting quite hot in our home due to a capacitator that went caput! Cleaned off the back of our "classic" unit on top of that,so now it's running nice and cool...extra important with elderly in the household. We appreciate Neece Heating and Cooling and all the information provided...learned a lot.
