Service is usually top notch but last time i was promised one hour for pre booked service appointment and it went as promised

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience Do not go to Neddy’s Hyundai in North Bay, Ontario. We purchased a used 2019 Hyundai Tucson at the end of August, and the experience since then has been incredibly frustrating. In early November, the vehicle began revving on startup. We contacted the dealership and were told this was “normal.” In mid-November the engine light came on. We’ve had a wonderful experience at Neddy’s. Kyle made us feel welcomed in a time of need as our current car was no longer safe to drive. He took the time to explain all details and the finance team was very easy to work with. I appreciate Kyle’s help so much and we love our new Tucson!
Terrible customer service . My car has been there 4 times in 2 months for clunking that they cant find. Terrible mechanics or lack of skill there just part changers .
