If I could give Neddy’s Hyundai North Bay no starts I would. Their customer service is absolutely disgraceful. They are nothing but liars. I would not recommend Hyundai Neddy’s North Bay To anyone, it is truly sad to see that they are not willing to fix their motors or even warranty them.

We just bought a used Kona EV from Neddys. Usually I detest the dealership process, Neddys was the exception. Through the complete process I can say nothing but positive remarks. The sales person we dealt with was Joe the Sales Manager. Joe was nothing short of exceptional, professional, resourceful, respectful and professional.
