Dr. Windmiller and staff have been wonderful to go to over past 5 years. I live in Savage, MN and make the 40 minute drive each visit becuase I like the attention to detail on my teeth. From the office managers up front to the dental hygienist, to Dr. Windmiller. Everyone is great!
I was suffering a minor dental emergency and was quickly worked into Dr. Windmiller's schedule and handled with great dispatch.
Dr. Windmiller and his staff do a fabulous job of customer service. I loved the personal touch of a courtesy hand massage while having my teeth cleaned. Ann is very caring and prfessional. Hi there everybody! As usual, another successful trip to Dr.Windmiller's office. I am having a lot of work done and Dr. Windmiller does such a great job. He explains things so that you can understand what he's going to do on that particular day. He's very thorough and he is so claim he doesn't shame you,or make you feel bad he assesses your situation and what needs to be done. I WAS a person that had a lot of anxiety when visiting the dentist. I must say Dr. Windmiller and his staff are absolutely wonderful. They have taken that fear out of me. I sat in the dentist chair for 8 hours and the time flew by. At one point I felt like I was at a spa. Emily was superb and so caring - she provided a hand massage, gave me a nice warm neck roll, a blanket, and headphones. She wanted to make sure I was as comfortable as I possibly could be. As usual, I was given wonderful attention with every detail. I can always expect very special treatment from everyone. It's been years since I've had anything but thorough cleanings every 6 months. I had 3 crowns removed and replaced today. After the effect of the novocaine has diminished, I feel the temporaries, and my bite is very comfortable and I'm looking forward to my new crowns. I wrote my honest reactions to today's dental visit because I saw it as another chance to say, "Thank you".
Great experience! I watched ESPN in HD as my dental work was being completed. Very relaxing and professional atmosphere.
