Unfortunately, Dr Oswald completely missed a stroke diagnosis for my mother, who had acute speech changes (word salad/gibberish) and altered mental status the day she was brought into the ER via ambulance. I voiced my concerns of a possible stroke, being a practitioner myself, and tried to advocate for my mother in the most professional manner.
