When you're traveling the country and you've messed up your laptop..... plus you're in a pinch for time...... words of appreciation aren't quite enough for a business that understands and responds to a drop-in visit by extending great service!!!!!! It's worked perfect since....... but the best part is knowing if something goes wrong again I can call and get it straightened out again with remote access!
I love the personalized feel of the customer service from Nectar, and the quick response whenever I have an issue that requires their attention. Highly recommend!
