I ordered (through Postmates) gluten free toast with my breakfast because I don’t like eating too much gluten in one sitting. The cafe made sure I knew that the seitan has gluten as well, which could have saved me if I had Celiac’s Disease. Thanks for looking out, NC!!! Also, food & cold brew coffee were Wonderful!!
