Pretty poor hotel by Marriott standards... Empty shower gel/shampoo bottles in the room, no coffee pods or milk provided that work with the machine. I asked for these to be sorted, they said yes but never did anything. Breakfast wasn't good, they ran out of scrambled eggs and didn't replenish for ages, poor service. Lots of the items ran out and weren't replaced. Bed is very comfy.
This hotel is a fraud and should be removed from the Marriott hotel chain. This is a zero star hotel. The smell of Marijuana will choke the life out of you. Dirty smelling rooms. Customer Service is zero. They look good online, but in reality, they are a classless hotel. I had to cancel on arrival and moved to another hotel same night I checked in. My refund is still pending for a 3 night stay after 3 months.
Me and my girlfriend had an amazing stay at this hotel. We attended a concert nearby for the night and needed a place to stay. The hotel staff was very helpful and let us have an early check in due to us arriving early. It was a great stay and beautiful view. The hotel was very clean inside our room and the entire hotel was well kept. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area.
Absolutely beautiful hotel; clean rooms, accommodating staff, and a great location on the harbor. Everything is within walking distance!
