Fun store to visit and find some good deals. You probably need to frequently go by to see the new stuff that comes in to see if they've got your size and if you find a new treasure.
This hotel has an incidental scam going on and this needs to be reviewed internally . We were told that our initial payment did not go through but it showed the opposite from the bank. After asking for another form of payment and being told that only room charge would come off, that was a lie . There was a $250 charge added and we were accused of having a party. Which never happened. Manager "KAY" (which , I am not sure this is her real name) was very rude over the phone and left me on hold without coming back for 10plus min... read more
Great and convenient location by the harbor spot with shops, food, and activities. The front desk coordinator Ron was very friendly and helpful! Provided amazing customer service. We enjoyed our room and the waterfront view. My one complaint would be the bathroom door took a little more elbow grease to open and close. The food (for breakfast) on the 5th floor was good the staff very friendly!
If you’re into stale bagels, mystery “poop water” coffee, and hotel bars that shut down earlier than my grandma, this is your dream vacation spot. The pool? Basically a bleach bath — it stripped more color from my clothes than a 90’s laundry commercial. Oh, and don’t worry about needing the bathroom while swimming — there isn’t one. Maybe that’s why the chlorine level is set to “nuclear.” Morning cocktails? Forget it. No Bloody Mary’s, because apparently, fun doesn’t start until after checkout. The second bar? This hotel clearly went downhill. I am a frequent business traveler and stayed at this hotel this week. I arrived at the hotel in the early afternoon after requesting an early check-in, which I know is not guaranteed. When I went to the front desk, I was informed that check-in is at 4:00 PM I explained that I am lifetime Platinum and explained that I had numerous Zoom calls and needed a quiet place to conduct the calls.
