Great place to stay when in Baltimore.
Tried to double charge me for my room. When I refused and showed them evidence that I had already paid for it, the woman at the front desk started being rude and still insisted I had to pay for the room again. When I asked for a manager, they left me standing there for a half an hour like an idiot. Talked to booking.com who called them and they gave me a refund real quick. Visited for a work conference and it was convenient to airport and activities. Room very clean and comfortable.
We had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Baltimore Harbor Place Hotel! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in such a perfect location for exploring the Inner Harbor. A special shoutout to Keisha at the front desk — she was incredibly kind and helpful during check-in, and really set the tone for a great experience. The wait to check in wasn’t bad at all, and the service overall was excellent. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Baltimore!
